Ag Museum To Be Open For Last Time This Season

School Board Adopts Free Lunch Policy West Side Storm Sewer Plan
The La Porte City Community School Board met August 21 1972 with all members present. Dale Adams took the oath as Treasurer and filed nomination papers. The board discussed routing the city storm sewer and approved a plan to route north of the senior high building. They adopted a free lunch policy and informed parents. Resignations of Paul Huffman and Max Willison were noted, Mary Sullivan and Joe Bishop hired. The district will seek a 2 percent mill levy for future building needs and bus driver pay was raised to 1.70 per hour. Next meeting September 16 1972.
