Washington May 6 A report from Consul Liscoe in Rotterdam describes the aeroplane that bombarded the steamship Cushing off the Dutch coast as having three crosses painted on its underside. The note says German gloroplanes are lately decorated with Iron cross representations and other belligerents lack distinguishing marks. This is considered important evidence.
