United Press reports in Aris that President Wilson warned the Big Four he may publish to expose who delays the peace settlement and why. Allies fear prolonged sessions as U S troops return home and debate over a Monroe Doctrine clause and league covenant continues. TheBig Four resume talks with reparations as the anticipated main issue.
A Hungarian steamer will carry allied citizens and neutrals, under the British flag, from Budapest to Belgrade. The red army grows stronger as a soldier convicted of robbery was promptly executed by the revolutionary tribunal, the first under the rayiel government. The educational commission asks university students to aid illiteracy efforts, and all racing is abolished with tracks repurposed as vegetable gardens.

Guthrie of Dupont Republican, Stanley Coulter Republican of Purdue University, and Prof. Richard M. Holman head of the botany department at Wabash College. The body includes several state offices and members serve without pay. it is expected to meet tomorrow to organize.

United Mine Workers of America reject participation in a July 4 1919 strike called for Mooney clemency. An unofficial Chicago Mooney convention they say did not authorize the action. The International executive board declined to back the million dollar legal fund.
