Boy audience at Public Library listens to Davidson and Mc Bernie
Paul Davidson and Sergeant Mc Bernie addressed about 225 boys at the Public Library last evening. The crowd stayed for nearly two hours with movie tickets in pockets, signaling strong patriotism and town support for the Boys Working Reserve enrollment cards distributed by Mr. Cockrum. Mrs. John Hitch traveled to Evansville as a business passenger on Wednesday.

Democrats List State Delegates for 1916 Convention
The Democratic State Central Committee mailed county chairmen a delegate list for the forthcoming state convention. Under the 1915 primary law the party gets one delegate per 200 votes and per fraction, based on Evans Woollen’s 1916 vote for elector at large.
