George Turnage Injured At Princeton Coal Mine
George Turnage of 907 West Broadway received a painful injury to his left hand Friday while working on a cutting machine at the Princeton coal mine. His first finger was severely pinched and the hand lacerated to the second knuckle. A physician dressed the wound and another exam will determine possible fracture after pain subsides. He said a glove caught in the chain caused him to pull his hand free.
