Paris June 16 The peace treaty to be handed to Germany at Versailles at 4 o'clock this afternoon has been altered since May 7. President Wilson to address nation on peace treaty tour

President Wilson plans a direct appeal to the people on returning to the United States to secure action on the league covenant. An itinerary of stops is being prepared in Paris with possible homeward departure around June 21 and a July 1 arrival, followed by congressional address and public tours.
