Chicago June 9 Wm Rapp Jr lawyer husband and author of Dearest Nannie letters conceded that Madame Schumann-Heink won her divorce suit. Judge Sullivan would rule on the motion to take the case from the jury and direct a decree. Rapp quipped he had as much chance as a celluloid cat chasing an asbestos rat through Hades.
