Telegrams from leaders worldwide flood Oyster Bay to mourn the death of former President Theodore Roosevelt. Officials describe him as distinguished and deeply sorrowful, with messages of condolence arriving for Mrs Roosevelt.

Rumer improving at home with influenza. Charles Settmen moved to Methodist Hospital with pneumonia in serious condition. Mrs. W. H. Miller greatly improved after several days of influenza. Mrs. Marion Hobson and children ill with influenza on South Gibson Street. Mrs. Charles Metherd home on South Main Street with influenza. Miss Lillian Hfnitt reported very ill at North Prince Street.

Bottom president. proposed bank deposits awarded to Citizens Trust, Peoples-American, and Farmers National. Vacancies filled by Charles Finney, Arch Garnahan. Sam Troutman serves as assistant driver. Ordinance for a new lighting system approved earlier awaits implementation in spring.
