Christmas Tree Lighting Plan For City Schools
A Christmas tree lighting program will be held Thursday at 6 45 pm in front of the Elka tree. School children, under Miss Isabel Mossman, will meet at the courthouse then march to the tree site. The event includes a chorus singing America and Joy to the World, a short address by Rev B E G Hildner, a benediction by Rev L T Freelard, and the tree lights. British House Passes Bill to Raise One Million Recruits
