Survived by widow son Virgil two brothers Curtis Princeton John Oakland City sister Mrs Lee Morton Evansville and half brother James A Drake Abilene. He was a well known timer and his death grieves many.
Dan Haley of east Walnut Street reports the death of his brother Thomas Haley who died Sunday afternoon at his home near Somerville from a stroke. He was 62 and survived by a widow five sons two daughters two brothers and a sister with funeral plans not yet announced. Haley was a well known farmer with many friends in the city and frequent trips to visit his brother’s family.
Washington December 13 The act forbidding the importation or exhibition of moving picture films of a prize fight was declared constitutional by the Supreme Court today.
