Fatal Burns Claim Life of 81 Year Old Woman
Mrs Elizabeth Breckwinkle 81 of Haubstadt was fatally burned Saturday when she threw sugar into a hot stove causing a flare that ignited her clothing. She died at 10 PM after neighbors and her son could not stop the flames. Coroner Pettijean held an inquest. Surviving are four sons Frank Arthur John August and four daughters. Funeral Monday at home then Evangelical church Warrenton.

Thieves Target County Hogs In Systematic Theft
