ROVERSFORD Pa Dec 9 Two were killed and two injured when a passenger train on the Philadelphia and Reading Railway crashed into a freight train. Six persons were slightly injured in the wreck and two died at the scene.
A report states General Beyers was killed during a desperate stand with fifty followers as his forces crossed a river bank. The incident marks a grievous loss in the fighting dynamics and signals a turning point in the conflict.
