Hon A P Twineham Dies Suddenl y Sunday Morning
The Hon Arthur Perry Twineham a pioneer lawyer and politician died Sunday at 1 30 am at 228 South Main street after hardening of the arteries. He was 74 and had been active in Princeton politics serving as mayor and postmaster and in the Indiana legislature. He enlisted in the Sth Ohio Cavalry in 1864 and later practiced law, taught, and worked for the Republican party including a run for Congress. He leaves a daughter Gertrude French and wife Agnes Lockhart with children Perry Jr Charlotte and Mary Agnes. Funeral Wednesday at 3 40 pm from his home with Rev C E Flynn. Burial Warnock Cemetery.

Southern Train Crashes Into Gravel Cars Near Marengo
A Southern railway passenger train No 10 struck four freight cars near Marengo Indiana injuring Miss Nellie Black a Princeton area telephone operator and another unnamed passenger. The crash sent gravel cars into passengers breaking windows while reports ranged from 14 to over 30 injured. Conductor Beatty and Engineer Ward, both Louisville residents, were slightly hurt.

Child Killed in Auto Accident Near Marshall Indiana
Mrs W T Lee rushed to Marshall Indiana after a serious crash that injured Ney and Mrs J I O Neale and killed the two year old Shaw child. The car driven by Mack Shaw left the road hitting a pole and overturning injuring Rev O Nea and his wife severely with multiple injuries. The Shaw four year old was uninjured. Rev O Neals work is noted locally.

Troop Train Carried Missouri Guardsmen to Camp Knox
