Fred Krietemeyer 27 of 712 Mary Street fell from a large auto truck arched into a chuck hole and was fatally injured near Poseyville on the way to Foote's pond. He died about twenty minutes after the accident while en route to Poseyville for care. The truck, driven by William Lehman, carried about twenty five friends and relatives.
