In Richmond Indiana on August 2, the American Friends Service Committee in Philadelphia took over central Europe child feeding operations from Herbert Hoover’s relief administration. Hoover joins as committee chairman. The program runs until July 1, 1921, delivering about 500 thousand meals daily at roughly five cents each, costing around two million dollars annually. Fire damages roof at Frank Bolin home in West End

Thirteen Indian Skulls Found on Minnesota Farm
