Montenegrins in Canada and the United States rally to join the war. About 50 aboard the Princess Royal departed from Alaskan ports, returning home to enlist. Canadian authorities reportedly will not accept these volunteers.
A charitable baseball game between the Civil Servants and the Clerks of the city is scheduled for Monday night at the Recreation Grounds on Acropolis Hill. Proceeds go to the hospital. Civil Servants and Clerks announce their final lineups with detailed positions.
Telegraph Creek resident Frank Cullin reports strong prospects in the Stikine district as 12 men work on Devil's Elbow claims. An option with Americans involves $40,000, with Chilberg Lindenberg and the Scandinavian Bank of Seattle backing the deal. Outcroppings are visible from the river, extending far, and local need for prospectors is noted.
The St Andrew's Society plans a church parade to Presbyterian Church this evening. Rev. R H Grant will deliver a farewell sermon to members leaving with the contingent on Thursday. Assembly is at St Andrews Hall at 6 45 tonight.

Local dealers report strong demand for hali with prices up to 5 1 8 cents per pound. The Atlin Fisheries and the Rorvik Fish Company are bidding to supply ships, meeting high eastern demand. Yesterday several American boats arrived with good halibut catches.
