They will be sold to the highest cash bidder at Thos Sant's place on Feb 25, 08, by Constable T. J. Sant under law.
One light red heifer with forehead spot and distinctive branding described for sale in February 28 1908 notice. A second spotted heifer and a red heifer or treifer with markings and ear notches listed as coming two years old or yearling. Pound keeper F F Shrives to sell at Franklin estray pound at F p.m. unless claimed.
A Dayton Idaho notice lists estrayed livestock including a roan cow three years old with ear marks, a black cow eight years old with ear notches, a red cow three years old with branded left ribs, a red heifer calf eight months old, a spotted red and white steer two years old, a red bull calf seven months old, and a white roan cow four years old with no marks. Claims must be paid within forty days from February 4 1908 or the animals will be sold to the highest bidder for cash at Chas. Jones, Constable, Dayton Idaho.
I save in my possession one red heifer two years old branded with C B on right hip, square crop off both ears. Taken away within 40 days from date Feb 25. Will be sold at Ed Walkers and Riverdale, March 28, at 2 o'clock to highest cash bidder. H W Smith, Constable, Riverdale Precinct.
