Marsh Valley Cattlemen Ship Seven Carloads of Fat Cattle
Seven carloads of grass-fat cattle raised by Marsh Valley Cattlemen's Corp were auctioned in Ogden with veal stock at 14.25 per cwt, heifers 11.80, cows 10.20, and steers 11.55. The group plans to ship another 10 carloads in about 30 days, under George Aslett as president, with Walter Grossenbach credited for initiating the beef round-up sale.
