VA Loan Insurance versus Guaranty Advantage
A loan insured by the VA uses less entitlement than a guaranteed loan. Insurance charges as low as 15 percent of the obligation, while guaranty can consume up to 50 percent. This leaves more entitlement for future loans. Veterans may train on or off farms under Public Law 16 and the G I Bill for agriculture. Income does not affect service connected disability compensation. Applications for a vehicle under the legislation require a VA form, state license approval, and dealer billing for cost up to 1600 dollars.
