Public notice states the Preston Idaho city general election will be held November 5 1963 polls open noon to 8 pm at two polling places American Legion Building and Ken's Electric Building. Voters must be 21 a US citizen resident 3 months in city and registered or have voted in prior municipal elections. new movers must re register. Registration hours run daily excluding Sundays and holidays with extended evening slots prior to election. Names of registrars A R Swainston and Stella M Peterson. filing deadline 5 pm October 24 with listed mayoral contenders and city council candidates.

Services Held For Mrs Hogan
Funeral services for Mrs Arminta Rawling Hogan were held in the Lewiston First Ward chapel with Bishop T S Nielsen conducting. The service featured organ music by Alta Harrison, invocations by Dr Conan M Matthews, and tributes from H Ray Pond and others. Burial was at Lewiston Cemetery with pallbearers named as her grandsons.
