Franklin County Commissioners Approve Road Work and Funds
The Franklin County Board in regular session Sept. 1958 discussed Cub River road reconstruction and oiling. They authorized land purchase or condemnation for a 22-foot road strip near Wash Thompson, offering 250 per acre, with right of way also granted by Buxton. August payroll approved. numerous election and supply bills paid. travel and other expenses listed.
