Idaho Consitution Amendments on Voting and Courts

An Idaho legislative pamphlet outlines three proposed constitutional amendments. The first would allow naturalized Chinese and Mongolian descent citizens not born in the United States to vote, serve as jurors, and hold office. The second seeks to reform the court system, removing probate and justice courts as constitutional, creating a unified lower court system under the Supreme Court, and redefining county officer status. The third would reduce residency requirements for presidential elector voting to sixty days while preserving six-month residency for all other elections.
