Preston adopts Local Improvement Guarantee Fund ordinance
City of Preston Idaho enacts Ordinance 320 creating a Local Improvement Guarantee Fund to back bonds and warrants for local improvement districts, funds by a mill tax, and conditions for replenishment and subrogation. It authorizes property purchases at tax sales, establishes fund governance, and declares an emergency lasting until all bonds are paid. Also includes divorce summons for McKenzie case.
