Karl S. Hartshorn of Lebanon led a 31 cow Holstein Friesian herd through a year of production testing. The herd averaged 395 pounds of butterfat and 11,622 pounds of milk per cow with milking twice daily. Lamaga Are Posch topped the herd with 525 pounds of butterfat and 16,025 pounds of milk. Cornell supervised testing with the Holstein Friesian Association of America.
