SCS Engineer Returns Here
Neil P Fitzsimmons recently returned to duty with the Soil Conservation Service in Preston after his release from the US Army. A native of Coeur d Alene Idaho he earned a B S in engineering from the University of Idaho in 1962 and served as an SCS engineer at Jerome before joining the army in 1963. He completed officers candidate school and was commissioned a second lieutenant in the artillery in 1963. He was stationed at Albuquerque New Mexico and Amarillo Texas until his December 1965 release.
