Robert Doney Lowe 78 died Monday in Logan LDS Hospital. Born Nov 15 1887 in Franklin he was a farmer mink rancher and plumber. He served 1o years on the city council and sat on the cemetery board. survived by four children and several relatives. Funeral Friday at 1 pm in Franklin with burial in Franklin Cemetery.
