The contest allows all area school age boys and girls to participate with parent consent. Votes determine prizes and extra cash bonuses are paid to non-prize active contestants who submit subscriptions daily. Extensions possible, tie rules grant duplicate prizes, judges decide final results.
Rates list 5,000 free votes for contestants reporting subscriptions on Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays. Double votes for new subscriptions save 1.50 dollars.
Any school age child with parental or guardian consent may enter by filling the Entry Coupon and delivering it to the contest department. Prizes are funded by local merchants and displayed in shop windows. Contestants receive cash commissions daily, 5 000 free votes weekly for subscription reports on Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays. Special weekly prizes reward the top new subscriptions each week with automatic elimination after one prize, but no effect on major prize standings. Active contestants will have their pictures published at no cost.
