Franklin County school hosts birthday party by Preston Jay-Cettes
The Preston Jay-Cettes organized a birthday party for the Franklin County Opportunity School and provided open house hostessing. Club members cleaned floors windows walls and yard as part of a community service effort. Two educational toys were donated and children received two favors each while a car wash funded more toys.

In Winder Winderward and Treasureton Relief Societies closed with socials last week. Programs featured social science lessons, group singing, instrumentals, duets, and games. Refreshments were served to about 30 in Winder ward and 80 at the Dayton event, with officials and members praised for a season’s end gathering.
