Twin Lakes Opens Recreation Season in Idaho Utah Region
Twin Lakes, a waterways recreation center for Franklin county and southeastern Idaho with northern Utah access, offers camping, picnicking, stocking three to four times yearly, and ideal water skiing and swimming. The season began unofficially with the first warm three day Memorial Day weekend.

Rand Howell of Dayton received the Best Actor award for his role in a student-directed one-act play at Idaho State University in Pocatello. Nominations came from an ISU theater advisory board of faculty and nine students, with final decisions by a five-member panel of seasoned theater patrons after viewing all season plays.
