Grass man Theo Smith named Franklin County Grass Man of the Year for 1964. He runs a 547 acre Riverdale ranch and 800 acres in Bannock county Cottonwood, with irrigation from water rights and a gravity sprinkler system. He manages cattle, improves land, and plans a larger permanent line to cover the Riverdale farm.
