The property lies in sections 5 8 and 18 township 16 south range 39 east Boise Meridian with multiple quarters and shares in canal and irrigation companies. Sheriff LaRay Talbot announces the foreclosure sale under an amended decree of foreclosure and order of sale dated April 29 1963.

A Lewiston history volume compiling about 110 biographies of early settlers has been published by Haye Bernhisel with major work by Dr J M Bernhisel Jr. Five hundred copies were printed, about 100 remain.
