The Bureau of Land Management Boise Idaho publishes a notice of the Preston Determination Area within the Cache National Forest Idaho affecting mineral locators and unpatented mining claims dated first publication January 4 1962. It requires claimants to file verified statements within 150 days and describes section 4 limitations on vegetative surface and other resources and rights of the United States for post July 23 1955 claims.
