Cheerful Cosmetologist Rhea Leonard Heads Local Beauty Scene
Rhea Leonard, six years in the field and three in her Preston home studio, leads beauticians across Franklin and northern Cache counties. She, born in Mt. Pleasant and raised near Salt Lake, is married to Jack Leonard with two children Jeff and Polly. As president of the Associ ated Beauticians, she plans events, enjoys camping, fishing, and snowmobiling, and says she loves making people gorgeous while earning a living. Dinner guests at the Bairds’ Sunday included Ted and family from Ogden and Roger Haderlie and family from Logan.
