Dayton Man Joins Apollo 14 Rescue Crew Aboard USS New Orleans

Horace Haworth announced the Franklin County Mid-Winter Dairy School will be held February 18-19 at the William Robinson Community Building Franklin County Fairgrounds. The two day event features lectures panels and farm tours to help local dairymen improve operations with new ideas. Thursday program begins at 10 a.m with Dr. Robert C Lamb USDA scientist from Logan Utah presenting Selecting Your A I Sires Breeding Costs Per Cow Replacement. At 11 a.m. a dairy panel moderated by Dr. Norman Erickson will discuss Milking Procedures with Conan Foster John LeFevre Gene Hawkes and Ward Nielsen. The group will have a no host luncheon at 12 15 p.m. Nyal Rydalch will discuss proposed farm labor legislation in the Idaho legislature. The afternoon program continues.
