Franklin County Commissioners Equalization Meeting Minutes
The Franklin County Idaho board met December 3 1973 as a Board of Equalization with all members present. They discussed Melvin Snyder elderly exemption a VI Oil protest and assessment upholding, easements for Pat Shaffer Carl Swainston and Dayton City, road right of way issues, a lost widow's exemption on Lewis Alder taxes and a travel allowance for Marion Bennett. The meeting adjourned with Theo Schwaneveldt as chair and Michael Kunz as clerk.
