They visited Mrs Balls mother Mrs Perry Smith in Preston then traveled to Hyrum to see Mr and Mrs Joe Kanewski and their children. Mr and Mrs Earl C Nelson hosted dinner guests Mr and Mrs Earl Findley of Montpelier last Sunday.

Condemnation suit in Franklin County Idaho
The State of Idaho files eminent domain actions in Franklin County District Court to condemn land in Section 36 Town 12 South Range 40 East Boise Meridian for state highway right of way. Plaintiffs include the Idaho Board of Highway Directors and others. defendants must answer within 20 days or a judgment may be taken. The land area described totals about 3.28 acres with 2 acres claimed as part of a public road.
