Four in Family Escapes Serious Car Crash Near Brookside
Nicholas G. Russos of Butte Montana aged 63 driving a 1951 Pontiac with wife and two daughters ran off the road on Highway 91 south of Brookside Inn. The vehicle rolled 119 feet down a hillside then 47 more feet before stopping. Russos suffered head and ear injuries, wife bruises and shock, Mary Ann broke her left arm, Goldie uninjured. They were treated at Preston hospital. Russos remained hospitalized several days. The crash occurred at about 12:25 PM. speed reported at 60 mph.
