County commissioners convene as a board to discuss local governance matters and record proceedings. The session outlines agenda items, votes, and official actions taken during the meeting.
Franklin County Idaho commissioners held regular sessions June 27 to July 1 1949 to review and adjust property valuations. Bank and company properties including First Security Bank of Idaho faced protest while several residents sought rechecks and reductions. Valuations were revised on multiple parcels after state tax commission review and investigations.
Clarence Elle and G. W. Kirkpatrick were sworn and testified. Proponent's Exhibit 2 was marked and admitted. Attorney Baum represented The First Security Bank of Idaho N A and asked about the value. Continued on Page 6.
