British Loan Funds Socialization in England, Says Rep Dworshak

Rep. Henry Dworshak of Idaho argues in the House that proceeds from a $3.75 billion British loan will aid “socializing Britain” by financing large scale government health service expansion. He cites a London dispatch about the House of Commons authorizing near total control of hospitals and services with start up costs around $653 million annually. He opposes US funding for Britain and other countries, urging Americans not to bear the bill.
