FHA Chapter Wins Honors At State Meet
The West Side Future Homemakers of America earned the top community service award at the state convention in Barley. Mrs Dean Bingham of Weston named state FHA mother. Attendees included several Franklin County members and the Preston High School delegates. Edith Edaine Bingham won a district five best state degree trophy. over 700 attended. The chapter’s service project was “The Care Is To Care” with a stop at Preston’s Opportunity School during holidays.
