Village of Franklin Oneida Idaho adopts annual tax levy and appropriation for fiscal year beginning May 1 1912. Levies include general purposes ten mills, water works interest thirteen mills, water bond sinking seven mills. total appropriations include 1992 00 for year 1912 salaries electric lights culverts roads incidental expenses and water bond sinking fund for 1918. Authorized by Ames Robinson chairman and A W Rank clerk. Passed August 6 1912.
