At a November 4 meeting the Riverdale and Mink Creek Canal Company directors levied a 6 percent stock assessment. It must be paid to P. P. Carver in the Larson block by November 25, 1912, or the amount will be delinquent and advertised as required by law.
Department of the Interior Land Office at Blackfoot Idaho issues a notice dated Oct 38 1912 that settlers George Halliday Sr Sarah Harris and George W Halliday have filed intent to make three year final proof for various homestead claims in Weston Idaho and surrounding townships with witnesses named and dates of applications for 1907 1908 and 1909 and before U S Commissioner H Carver at Preston Oneida County on Dec 27 1912.
Re-advertised notice from the US Land Office Blackfoot Idaho dated Oct 12 lists Lorenzo Anderson of Clifton Idaho filing to make final five year proof to establish homestead entry 10796 for part of section 12 and 13 township 14 south range 38 east. Witnesses named include William J Randall Erastus Johnson George McDermott Earnest E. Dixon. Henry W. Kiefer, Register.
