Repossess 30 Autos Probe Expanded in Peninsula
About 30 late model autos worth an estimated 150000 were seized Friday by a squad of repossessors on the San Francisco Peninsula. The action involved Redwood City police private attorneys and the California DMV as the district attorney’s office investigates complaints from would‑be owners.
