NineTeen-Year-Old Father Faints Over Triplet Birth

REDLANDS UPI reports David Voss a 19 year old ranch and San Bernardino Valley College student fainted Tuesday upon learning his 16 year old wife had given birth to identical triplet boys at Redlands Community Hospital. The triplets born at 12:08, 12:26 and 12:37 pm weighed 4 lbs 2 oz, 3 lbs 3 oz and 4 lbs 13 oz, marking the hospital’s first triple birth. The incident prompted Voss to consider dropping out to meet parental duties.
