Nishkian probe finds no crimes in county dealings
DA Joseph Busch told a grand jury that his 48 page report found one County Charter misdemeanor tied to soliciting campaign funds but no prosecutable offenses or bribery. The probe, begun March, interviewed 21, cost about 850000, and named Nishkian and Frank Bonelli as principal figures who had died before the inquiry.
