Call for 31000 slugs by Oak Ridge science group

Oak Ridge Tennessee medical division invites 31000 gastropod slugs at five cents each to support lipid research. By Wednesday more than 2000 slugs had already been delivered as youth researchers swarm the division offices. Slugs will be used to study lipids proteins and carbohydrates in living cells.

Crippled minister beaten by youths in Queens crime
