Italian chefs vent rage at no three star Michelin in Italy
The 1976 Michelin Guide to Italy faces ire as no Italian restaurant earns three stars and only 10 two stars. Names of two star survivors include Cantarelli Samboseto Sabitini Florence Fini Modena Giannino Milan Pesce Dora San Remo Al Gatto Nero Turin 12 Apostoli Verona and Antico Amartini Venice Harrys Bar. Twenty restaurants rose to one star while twenty two dropped from 1974 stars as inspectors face scrutiny.
