Surgeon reveals aging face peel method at convention
Miami surgeon Dr. Thomas J. Baker Jr described a chemical peel using carbolic acid to remove fine wrinkles. The process requires five to seven days, uses tape to cover the face, and leaves a permanent white line demarcation. Patients avoid sunlight for six months and costs reach about 1300 to 1400 dollars with hospitalization. Baker noted the technique is for select cases and that men are increasingly seeking the procedure.
