Mary Lou Graves, a five year old girl from Flin, Mich, born with open spine, is named honorary chair for Michigan in the 1964 March of Dimes campaign. Gov. George Romney announced the ceremony at the state house offices as part of a nationwide January drive to fund birth defects research and treatment.
