Americans report safe after yacht attacked off Vietnam coast
Three Americans aboard the 49 foot Brillig reported being chased and rammed before being towed by a Vietnamese government vessel toward Saigon. Three OSU Fraternity Brothers Die in Homecoming Display Accident

Two others were injured with one hospitalized in intensive care.
